  • Low Food Map

This is for all of you out there that struggle with any gastric problems.

Commonly know as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome.)

For many years I have lived with food intolerance which I thought was normal.  WRONG.

With encouragement from work mates I saw a dietitian, and she explained to me what I wish I had learnt many years ago.
She taught me all about the foods I could eat and how easy it is to change your mind set, instead of focusing on the foods I couldn't eat.

This has been a complete health and lifestyle change for me, and I am wanting to share this experience with as many people that I can, so this could help others with the same issue,

So the answer is TRY the FODMAP diet, learn about the right foods to eat, nine times out of ten it will be fructose, gluten & lactose that you will be intolerant to.
